Greg and Lynda Frost are the owners of Super Moto New England. In fact, Greg started working as an apprentice mechanic at Super Moto New England when he left school. Greg learnt all aspects of the business and later became a partner in the shop. About 15 years ago he bought the business outright and it has thrived under his direction. Now the business is truly a family owned and operated business as Greg’s wife and his kids, Kylie and Tom, all work in the business.
Greg loves everything to do with motorcycles which is obviously a huge advantage when selling them. He also loves his many loyal clients, some of whom have been supporting him and Super Moto New England for the past 40 years! One of their main customer groups are farmers who require a motorbike or chainsaw for their properties, but they have an increasing number of people who live in town supporting the business as well. In addition, Greg also has many out of town travellers coming into the shop for repairs and service. The New England area is a very popular spot for motorcycle riders and over the years Greg has helped many travellers get safely on the road again!
When Greg is not working in his business he enjoys playing golf at the Armidale Golf Club as well as camping and caravanning. It is also hardly surprising that Greg likes going on motorcycle rides with his mates on the weekends.
Lynda who is Greg’s partner in life and business, has been working in the business for over 30 years! She enjoys relaxing and spending time at home with her new dog. Both Lynda and Greg also love visiting their small farm outside of Armidale whenever possible. Whilst visiting the property they enjoy cutting firewood, tending to their sheep and enjoying a quiet and reclusive haven!
Aside from members of the Frost family, Super Moto New England also employs 16 other local people. In addition, they nurture the youth of Armidale by offering part time employment to some young people who have a strong interest in motorcycle riding.
